Collection: Heritage Cushion Covers: Authentic Peruvian Craftsmanship

Our Heritage cushion covers showcases traditional Andean textile patterns and symbols that honor Pachamama (Mother Earth), celebrating growth, regeneration, and our deep interconnectedness with the natural world. Each piece reflects the rich heritage of Peruvian craftsmanship, carrying the essence of ancient wisdom and cultural symbolism.

Curated by our founder and artist, Vanessa Sotieles, this collection is lovingly handcrafted in Peru, by Callupe Family from Ayacucho. Using a traditional pedal loom and 100% Peruvian sheep’s wool, each piece is meticulously woven and dyed with vibrant natural pigments sourced from native plants, flowers, fruits, and even insects. Occasionally, mineral dyes are used to create more intense colors. This handmade process guarantees an authentic, artisanal quality that cannot be replicated.

Eco-friendly and ethically made, these textiles are perfect for those seeking beautiful, mindful home decor that carries a deep cultural significance.

From the ancient weaving techniques to the natural dyes employed, each item in this collection embodies the values of sustainability, heritage, and timeless craftsmanship, while also ensuring durability that withstands the test of time.
