1. Forming & Assembly
The journey begins with intention. Strips of 950 silver are carefully cut and shaped by hand, forming the base of each design. Our artisans use traditional tools—pliers, tweezers, and blades—to bring each structure to life with precision and care. Pieces are then soldered using fire and a natural borax solution, reinforcing their strength while preserving their fluid forms. After soldering, the silver is cleaned and whitened in a gentle acid bath, ready to embrace its next layer of meaning.
2. Stone Inlay – Inspired by Incan Legacy
The stones used in each collection—like chrysocolla or onyx—are selected not just for beauty, but for symbolic resonance. They are hand-cut and inlaid one by one into the silver, using a technique reminiscent of Incan stone-carving traditions. Each stone is shaped to perfectly fit its place, creating harmony between material, form, and story.
3. Surface Refinement
Stone Polishing: Once the inlay is complete, the surface is gently leveled to unify the silver and stones. Using natural abrasives and fine sandpaper, artisans refine the texture by hand to prepare the surface for a luminous finish.
Silver Finishing: The back and edges of each piece are sanded to remove any remaining imperfections, ensuring both comfort and elegance in the final piece.
4. Finishing Touches
Brushing: A soft circular brush and natural polishing paste are used to remove dark marks and bring the silver to life with a soft glow.
Polishing: The entire piece is polished with care, revealing the depth and clarity of the stones while enhancing the silver’s natural shine.
Cleansing & Drying: After polishing, each piece is washed with hot water and mild soap, delicately brushed to remove any residue, then dried with warm air or natural cloth.
Final Buff: A final touch of brilliance is added using a soft flannel wheel and fine polishing paste. This last step ensures the jewelry shines with intention—ready to be worn as a timeless symbol of culture, craftsmanship, and soul.
